RAS server giving different Subnetmask to remote computers.

I created A RAS server to except incoming connections. But when the user connects it assigns them the right IP address but the wrong Subnet mask. They get an IP address of 192.168.1.2-30 and a subnet mask of 255.255.255.255.
But my networks subnet mask is 255.255.255.0 and they need to be able to sync with the serverStart Free Trial
