Need recommendations for VOIP implementation project

Hi all,

We're making our first foray into VOIP and putting toether a formal project - with requirements, charter, etc. etc. We've got a Cisco network with 3750's with POE in the closets, 6509's in our core and distribution.

We're going to deploy this in phases to our smaller offices before hitting the big one here. I'm looking for recommendations to put into the charter, requirements, security concerns etc.

Part of the project will be a "bake off" on Cisco phones vs. Nortel vs. Avaya. Our PBX is a Nortel Meridian Option 61c.
