Is there a way to use to use specific path to route my internet packets throught specific router in internet network .
my pc behind Router ADSL Connecting the internet by PPPOE ...
i ask these question cuz my net is slow look to My PING at google :

as u can see there is smoe lost packets form this my net become slow :S
But when i Ping another Site(IP) which is

How can i use the second path to all my internert packets or use specific Router in that path to let all packets go throught it ??????????????????????
is there any software solve this or there away
