Access network with different network id

we have an office where we are sharing from different company. both the companies have their own dsl carriers.
office 1 has network id 192.168.0 and
office 2 has network id 192.168.2

there are 2 computers on 192.168.0 &
                5 computers on 192.168.2

one of the computer on 192.168.0 need to access the network drive of 192.168.2 network....

Pls advice the best solution....
