The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Unable To Print Over Network, Spooling Issues

Im having issues with certain PC's in a network not being able to print to a printer, it displays the message spooling, eventually it will say print but wont print anything, i can print locally fine and also off of some network pc's.  The computer im having an issue with is running Windows XP, ive deleted the printer, re-added it, ive reinstalled the driver.  The computer will print to other Printers in the network.

The printer is a Canon LBP 5200 and it also seems as though the little status window which pops up when you go to print a test page freezes as well.
