What is TCP port 1583 used for

Greetings Experts, I have noticed for the past couple of days through my company's proxy server that there is an odd IP Address attempting to get to itself using port 1583.  The IP Address is 0.1.0.4 and since every computer on our network is assigned a static IP address I don't even know where to begin ... !Start Free Trial
