The Solution Rating System

  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. when i want to find all my ip details through DOS (run) it just blinks on and of

im trying to find my ip details and dns details so i can setup my router and play xbox live and the normally way to do that is "Click on Start button > Run > and Type command cmd > Press enter key
At DOS prompt type the command:

C:\>ipconfig /all" when i do that it comes up with an error message saying wrong command or something so i took out C:\> and the dos came up for not even one second and jus closed if u blink you miss it so why is it doing that
