Hi Guys,
Please I want someone to explain to me what is going on here, the ping report and tracert report seem to completely seem to tell me something I cannot read.
I am ready to give 500 points to this request, not because the problem is extremely hard, I just want to have a complete understanding of both ping and tracert/traceroute results, so that I can use it if I have the same problem in future

I am preparing for my ICND1, but fortunate enough to be working for a company that have couple of not so GURU in networking, although two of them have there CCNA, and passed one of the module on CCNP.
I guess for me to gain more understanding I need to see this type of problem, and able to Google or expert exchange it.
Thanks for the anticipated response.
