Failed to Query TCP/IP

Hello ,
I have a remote site where I have Server with Win 2003 R2 installed. Till yesterday every thing was working fine. Today when I visited site there were few updates from microsoft to be installed and need the system to be restarted after install. I did that and after system restarted the Network Card is not having any IP.

When through command prompt I checked with ipconfig it gives following message:

Failed to query TCP/IP, can not find host name.

Please let me know how to fix this issue. Its very urgent.
