Browse All TopicsI'm running a portable application (on either Windows or Linux) using Jetty as a web server on a DVD. How can I configure Jetty so it should only accept requests on the machine where the DVD is run, i.e., localhost. It should not allow remote connections.
Also, in a different scenario, can I configure Jetty so it can accept only a preset number of remote connections?

You need to add a parameter to the Connector in jetty-ssl.xml. Just add the Hosts that you want to be available.
Something like this (your syntax can be a bit different based on your version of Jetty):
