How to connect to a Windows CE device using RNDIS (TCP over USB)?

I've a custom Windows CE device with RNDIS driver.
It connects using USB, and it can be accessed using ActiveSync, and programatically with RAPI.
Thats OK, but I want to run a TCP server on the device.

I've set "DefaultClientDriver"="RNDIS" in [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Drivers\USB\FunctionDrivers]
but [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Comm\RNDISFN1\Parms\TCPIP] is missing. I assume this is needed.
How can I set RNDIS settings correctly?

When I power on the device, I want to use ActiveSync to copy files to device and start the server,
then I'd use my TCP server using RNDIS.
Is it possible?
