Configuring UltraVNC Singleclick (SC)

I have configured the SC server with all the necessary custom files to point to a static IP in our office. The aim is that some of our remote users can run the resultant .exe file so that we can offer support.

Do I need to use the VNC repeater in order to achieve this, or is it possible to launch the viewer in such a way that it listens for inbound connections on a port? I can't seem to find the documentation on the UltraVNC site!
