limites access to websites

I just installed a T1 line wih static IP. The DYNEX 10/100M DX-E402 router has firewall switch set to OFF, IP and MAC address filtering are turned OFF. I can access internet thru all my computers with ease, but cannot reach a few websites for some reasons. I get this error msg:
"Sorry, we couldn't find http://www.vfinance.com/. Here are some related websites: "
For some reason either my IP gets bounced, or I have an internal setting which disallows these sites. I checked, but counld not find an internal setting which would disallow one site and not another....
Would appreciate any feedback
