I have a Win2K Server, two Win2K Pro and one Win98 machine at home. I have a DSL connection coming from a Alcatel Modem that has a USB connector at the end of it.<br />

How can I share the connection? I have a FR314 Netgear router I'd like to use, but all connections are for Cat5. Do I put the USB connection from the modem into my Server and then use the other USB connector on the server to connect to a USB hub (or run from the NIC the server has) back to the router? Will this keep all connected?<br />

(The tricky part is the fact the modem has USB and not a Cat5)<br />
