With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not?   • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. LinkSys router - can't hit 192.168.1.1

I have a BEFW11s4 LinkSys Wireless Access Point / Cable Router with 4-Port Switch. I have two machines using Windows XP (1 Pro, 1 Home) and one using Windows 2000. I cannot access the control page for the LinkSys box. When I put 192.168.1.1 into IE 6.0 I get a box asking for user/pwd. I enter it, and then get the same box twice followed by an HTML page completely empty except for a small "0" in the upper left hand corner.

I tried hitting the reset button for ten seconds to restore to factory defaults but it didn't help. Any ideas?
