Does Wireless B & G Operating together default to the lower speed?
In a system where a wireless router is connecting computers that have both B & G speed modems.
The question is... if operating on both, will the router slow down to the slower speed... I.E. Will the G modem operate slower because of the B modem on the same wireless router?
I have a client that says he is experiencing this:
"Quote:"
" I put a wireless B modem on my tivo and ever since it's slowed down my 2 laptops which are G's. My wireless router says it will do B and G, is the B on my tivo slowing the laptops down or am i crazy? "
Thanks!
