Wireless router and modem

I want a wireless connection for my 3 laptops. I called up my provider but they give only cable modems. I then borrowed a wireless router from my friend it works but the whole thing takes a lot of space and I have a small office. Any suggestion?

Ditto what LucF said. WRT54G will do you just fine, and it is pretty small (about 6" wide and an inch or so thichk).
Just to add, as I've misread the question slightly before. I've never seen any Cable modems with build in router capabilities, let alone wireless. You will have to use some kind of router.
If you need something very small, you can even take a look at the WRT54GC (4" by 4" by 1") although I'm not very happy about the wireless capabilities without an external antenna. (In a small office it will just do fine though)
