I want to know different technologies to exchange data between two location dynamically.and it should be economic.

I want to connect to another office which provides invoices to the clients.I want to connect to that office to get these details.presently both have internet access through modem.please give me information so i can achieve my goal.

Your best bet is setting up a VPN between the two locations as mentioned above. To get an idea of what a VPN is and how it works see this link below.

You could:
ftp the data from a host on LAN1 to a host on LAN2.
setup a file share (SAMBA or NFS) with the file server being on one LAN and clients being on the other
store the data in a DBMS and write an application that will access it
use document sharing/management type products like Lotus Notes or Sharepoint
access the data via Web pages
use some type of automatic file copy/mirroring technology
