How to block the music/chat/adult sites in a domain

My network setup is
1. one IBM server with win2000 server / SP4 with active directory sevices integrated with dns  server and 50 clients configured in this domain with static ip's are configured.

2. Three ISP are there with DSL router > one isp for IP phones and 2nd ISP for on the network and this ISP DNS addresses are configured in DNS server using forwardes.
and third ISp for standby .

3. second ISP is configured on network with netgear router so i configured the block sites settings in this firewall but in this i can only trust the only one IP and that blocked sites are accessible using https and i caould not block the no of sites.

so what is the proper way to block the multimedia / Adult / messanges like e-messangers.net ,orkut.com , meebo, com .

using firewall or proxy server can i block the unnecessary sites and allow only standard sites.

Surfcontrol is alright,  I have been using trendmicro's new system as of late and I like it.  There also a good package out there that is cheap called elron.
Tim's suggestion of Iprism is right on.  It is by far the best (and cheapest). It cost much less than Surfcontrol or Websense and it even includes the hardware. With Surfcontrol or Websense you have to buy their software PLUS a server to host it on.

primary dns server is also a good spot.
Using a free standalone Firewall like Smoothwall will work. www.SmoothWall.org
