"Eacfilt driver must be enabled on interface(s)
<my interface card>"
I have tried installing the VPN client while connected thru the ethernet port and also reinstalled my OS to no avail. Under the nic properties, the eacfilt service is checked.

I am not familiar with your issue, but doing a little digging I see someone else, with a similar issue, was able to resolve by adding a copy of the eacfilt.sys file to the Nortel folder. A little tinkering, if no other options, might resolve: read.cfm?q id=1097610 &page=1

I have also read that this issue is common with the 5.01.103 version of the client, but that versions 5.01.100 and 5.01.141 both seem to work fine. Is it possible to try another client version.
