Verizon Fios Help with setup linksys RV042 for vpn access

Customer is currently have Verizon Fios Interet + Tv
Verizon is using a Actiontec Router
Actiontec router have a Coax Cable connect to it for the Ondemand to work.

Actiontec have a ip of 192.168.1.1 and runing DHCP
I want to keep it that way and use DMZ to 192.168.1.10 to a RV042 WAN1
Rv042 will have ip of 192.168.2.1 and runing dhcp for all the client
woudl that work?

My client want to dial in from the road the the network via VPN.

please let me know if this would work?
