Cisco VPN Client v4.x and v5.x communication problem with Cisco PIX 501 and D-Link 524 router

Hello everyone!  I have a Cisco PIX 501 at the office with the Cisco VPN setup.  Everything works great when I use the Cisco VPN Client v4.x and v5.x.  However, when I bring my laptop to my home and connect to my D-Link 524 wireless router, I can not connect to the VPN.  I have enabled the following ports:

IPSec UDP port 500 in/out
PPTP UDP port 1723 in/out
Someone suggested I open UDP port 4500 in/out
Someone suggested I open UDP port 10000 in/out
Someone suggested I open UDP port 62515 in/out

Even with all these ports open for my laptop's specific IP address, I am still not able to connect.  When I try to connect, the VPN client appears to connect to the security gateway but when "negotiating security policies", it tries for 90 seconds, fails, and says "Not Connected" in the corner.   In the Cisco VPN client, IPSec over UDP (NAT/PAT) is enabled and I am allowing LAN access.  I also checked to make sure my home network is on a different subnet than the office network, and it is (just in case that was an issue).

If I go through my spare Netgear router, everything works fine.  Do I need to enable any additional ports on the D-Link or are there any settings I'm missing?  It's driving me nuts because it worked great on my Netgear, but I need it to work on the D-Link as well.
