Cisco Pix 515E - DMZ, SSL VPN, and IPSEC over TCP Support

Asked by aiscom in IPSec Security Protocol, Virtual Private Networking (VPN), Cisco PIX Firewall

Tags: pix, cisco, vpn, ssl, 515e

I have a Cisco Pix 515E.  It has 32mb of RAM and a Restricted license.  I am currently running v6.3.5.

I am in the need to setup a DMZ for a spam filter box as well as setup either SSL VPN or enable IPSEC over TCP.  If I upgraded the v7 of the Pix software, after getting a memory upgrade, will that give me SSL VPN and IPSEC over TCP support?  Or would I have to move to an ASA?
I've read that DMZ support comes with a 515E as long as you have the connection for it.  The output from my 'show ver' reveals 3 interfaces.  Does that mean I could setup a DMZ with the Pix?

Please Advise.
