LAN-2-LAN VPN Tunnel not working

I have a VPN tunnel created between a Cisco 3030 VPN concentrator and a Watchguard Firebox 700. The tunnel is up but I can't ping anything back and forth, when I look at the VPN concentrator, there is no bytes being transmitted or received. If the tunnel dies, I can ping the address of a device on teh other side and bring it back up but the ping fails. The logs on the VPN concentrator are as foolows:

The tunnel was operational a copuple of weeks ago and all the the sudden it quit working. I have not made changes on my end and the network at the other end claims he hasn't either but yet, the tunnel is not working. It is up but no data being transmited.

Any ideas?
