ASA 5505 VPN

Hi experts! I have a cisco asa 5505 that I want to vpn into - I can connect and get dhcp settings as assigned on the asa 5505. I cannot access any network resources nor can I get to the internet. I've configured split tunnel to no avail. When I ping the inside interface of the asa 5505 I get a reply from the outside static ip address, I believe this is the root of my problem! I'll attach my sanitized config, thanks!

Also, my end result would be for access to my internal network for the users and let them out to the internet using whatever connection they are on at home.

I have a pix 506E in place now and it works fine.
