Cisco VPN client routing via Site to Site tunnel

Currently i have a site to site VPN tunnel that works for internal network users. However when i connect via VPN from outside the network, im unable to access a secure site on the remote end of the tunnel.
I can connect to siteA obtain ip address and access all resources on siteA however getting to siteB is the problem when connected via vpn client. All the device local to siteA can get to siteB without a problem.
The connection is between cisco pix and a checkpoint firewall.
