I can logon to my work computer through the vpn netscreen remote from my laptop at home, But I cannot logon from my desktop computer. It keeps giving me the mesage (message not received). It let me on last night after trying all day, but today it won't let me back on.
Is the Laptop on or off when you are making your attempts on the desktop? Is the VPn on the laptop always established? You can not have two VPN connections going at the same time to the same destination.
I did get a connection this morning by adding a usb wireless adapter to my desktop. I am not sure why I can't get a connection when I use a wired connection to the router, but I am going to keep trying to figure it out.
I also checked the connectivity feature on the belkin adapter and it shows fail on ip and belkin. Do you know why that would be? My signal on my wireless adapter will go red sometimes.
When you are using the wireless adapter, could you verify that you are connecting to your own router versus bouncing through someone else's open network?
