ASA 5510 Remote Access Error

I have a cisco ASA 5510 and all I am trying to do is connect via Remote Access.
I am connecting with a Windows XP machine, using microsofts VPN Client.
I get the following errors:

70.91.64.254, Error: Unable to remove PeerTblEntry
70.91.64.254, Removing peer from peer table failed, no match!
70.91.64.254, Error processing payload: Payload ID: 1

The only thing that is different (that I can tell) from the other ASAs i set up is, this one only has a license for DES, not 3DES and AES. I tried to search to see if that has anything to do with it, but I have been unsuccessful.

If there is more information needed, please let me know.
