Add IP Address Port to SonicWall

SonicWall PRO 1260

How to add access to specific IP address(URL: smpp1.xxxxx.xxxx) and port(1234) to my SonicWall PRO 1260.  I want to connect to a remote server for incoming and outgoing trafic.
Please explain step by step.
