D and I Calendar Workstation

Asked by Techman79 in Network Security, Miscellaneous Security

I have got this outstanding issue at a company , that I haven't been able to resolve and was hoping to have a fresh set of eyes look into it, also higher priority jobs are keeping busy and currently don't have the time to look into it for a few days.

The workstation in question is "TRUCKD-3709" however, the workstation isn't the issue, it's the user account.

What they use this for is to display 7 public folders as shared calenders to display the schedules for their delivery trucks. The co-ordinator updates appointments from his workstation and the changes should be syncing to the "TRUCKD-3709" PC, but they are not.

I am convinced the issue is permissions, but after examining multiple times I am not seeing anyting wrong.

The user account is "Calendar" and the password is "xxxxx".

The Public Folder names are located under Day to Day and are named:
Truck1, Truck2, Truck3, Truck4, Truck5, Auxiliary and Warehouse.

I have tried different PC's and another test user account of "Calender" (spelled incorrectly on purpose) with the same password of "xxxxx". So in trying to eliminate the user account and PC, I have come up empty.

Thanks for any help I can get,
