Assuming you are NAT'ing to the Outside interface like this:
global (outside) 1 interface
nat (inside) 1 x.x.x.x y.y.y.y (x=internal net, Y=internal subnet mask)
You can add an additional outside IP address like this:
static (inside,outside) <public IP> <private IP>
or
static (dmz,outside) <public ip> <dmz ip>
Of course then you need to add rules to your access list(s) to allow traffic into these IP's.
