Helpdesk feature of http://companyweb - SharePoint services

I have an SBS 2003 server. I've have briefly looked at "http://companyweb/" and seen the "Helpdesk" topic which might be of interest to me.

... we are a small company, looking for a call logging system for support / helpdesk related matters. Is the Helpdesk option of companyweb for us? If so, how is it customised and where can I find out more about it? Are there templates which I can use to setup the Helpdesk. Some of the criteria we are looking for:

- auto emails generated if emails sent to a specific alias (i.e. support@company.com)
- link to our Exchange customer contacts db
- auto issues a unique ticket per call / case
- email from within the system with status updates
- different views to see issues based on priority, date etc.
- journal features
- reporting

Am I asking for too much? I would appreciate any comments / links. Thanks.
