VOIP Asterisk - How many lines (accounts) needed to divert incoming call to a mobile (cell phone) ?

I have recently set up an Asterisk (PBX in a Flash) system and am wondering how many VOIP accounts are needed to route an incoming call (on my primary VOIP account /phone number) to my mobile when I am not in the office?

Do I need a second trunk to carry the outgoing call to the mobile, or does asterisk just divert the call to the mobile ?
