1st SIP call with no speech, thereafter no probelm

Very strange problem.... the 1st call I make after some time has passed has no sound
coming back to me, but each call after that is fine? The called party can hear me. It seems as if
something is timing out... any ideas?

The SIP device is a Linksys PAP2T and is behind a NAT (Mikrotik router) adn registers over ADSL to an Asterisk server also behind a NAT(Mikrotik router).

The call trace below had sound in both directions. Also would like ot know what the "unable to transfer" is caused by...
