Trixbox conference bridge hangup

Hi, i'm having a weird problem with my conference bridges, first of all, this are the versions that i have installed:

asterisk-1.4.22-2
asterisk-perl-0.09-1
asterisk-sounds-1.2.1-2
asterisk-addons-1.4.7-2
tbm-asteriskinfo-2.6.1-2

I use Trixbox CE, i have a few conferences configured, so the thing is this:

I can do a conference with x number of members, and all are able to comunicate with each other... the issue comes when someone invite to the conference a user which got a cell phone, the conference ends... all the users logout but when we tried to use the same conference we get a busy tone on the phone... i was working around in this for a couple of days... and the only thing that fix it is a reboot of the asterisk server....

My question is this...

Is there a way to avoid this kind of haungups happened ? is there some config out there which help me to logout the cell phone users invited to a conference normaly so that way my conference will be able for the next use..

Attached are some images that might be help full...

Thanks in advanced...

First thing we need to identify is why when a cell phone call the bridge the conferrence drop for everyone.   Do you notice anything that is consistent when the conferrence drop? Like number of users in the conferrence. time of day, network traffic? Anything that can help use help you.
the number of users in the conference is variable either the number of the cell phone which will be the one invited to the conference, when the conference is only internal there's no problems at all, the conference exit normal and we are able to begin another conference...  let's put a example....

the ext 4300 joins the conference number 5000 with normal id (not admin) then another user lets say the 4324 joins the conference 5000 too but with admin rights.... then the user 4317 joins the conference 5000 with normal rights.... here comes the good part..... when any of the users try to link the conference to a cell phone number no matter the number.... they are able to communicate with each other normally, but when the conference ends and the users hangup their phones... the bridge to the cell phone line seem to be there...  if any user tries to call the conference 5000 again then the user will hear a busy line tone besides the welcome speech of the conference....

and as far as i know this issue is solve only when i do a reboot to my server :S

But that means that i need to drop all the calls to reboot my server :S

How are you calling the cellphone?  ar you using a SIP trunk, FXO/FXS card, Etc?
What you are discribing sound like something that happen when you use a FXO/FXS card to make and recieve calls to the PSTN. Is that correct?
we are using SIP trunks...

ok ... here we go... my last post have a little errors in it... so....

here it is the sample again:

the ext 4300 joins the conference number 5000 with normal id (not admin) then another user lets say the 4324 joins the conference 5000 too but with admin rights.... then the user 4317 call a cell phone number before he enters to the conference... then he transfer the call to the conference 5000 and he get in too with normal rights....

They are able to communicate with each other normally, but when the conference ends and the users hangup their phones... the bridge to the cell phone line seem to be there...

if anyone tries to get into the 5000 conference they will be ask to enter their password as usual but when the user get into the conference they get nothing but a busy tone...tuud tuud tuud :P

you know what i mean

:P

it seems like the bridge with the cell phone call stuck in the conference.... because the only audible sound is the busy tone....

And the only way i know to get it out of there is rebooting the server :P

Thanks in Advanced...

Double click on the red icon for the conferrence you want to terminate all calls for.  I the picture above you have Conferrence 1 being used.  Double click on the red dot net to the name.  It will drop all the calls.
ok... i just did it.... :D

i'm so happy :D....

here is what i do.....

in the asterisk console.... do a show channels command....

so that way you will be able to see the name of the hanged channel...

then do this command:

soft hangup <channel name>

and it's done !!!!!!!!

don't need to restart your asterisk :D

in the attached image.... yo will see the channel Zap/37-1 which is the one of the conference hanged..6000

do the command and the conference will be gently hang up :D

Thanks a lot Kozsegi....
