Asterisk IVR will not recongnize 3 digit extensions

Hello,

Using the lasted up to date and patched version of PBX in a flash/Free PBX I have an issue were 3 digit extensions are not allowed in the intial IVR. The box is checked to allow direct extension dialing. For example, i have two options: 1 for customer service and 2 for sales. Extensions are 211-220. When a caller dials an extension it goes to sales. Sometimes it will recognize the second digit and say invalid option, but never all three.
