From the Auto Attendant menu within a 3Com NBX V5000 system, how can you provide the caller with an option to leave a specific mailbox a voicemail? "Press 1 to leave a voicemail for Tim, press 2 to leave a voicemail for Jan". The only option I appear to have is to have the option go to the voicemail attendant, but then the caller must know the extension number. The other workaround that I've used in the past is to have the option direct the caller to a hunt group, and then that hunt group forwards to any number I want, but I'm not sure what sequence to key in to get the call to a speicifc extension's voicemail. Any suggestions?
