Can someone please answer the following 4 part question for me. Can someone tell me in detail:

1. What an outbound SIP trunk is?
2. How are they used?
3. How do I get SIP trunk service?
4. Where do I find sub-penny per minute pricing?

I am very unclear on this whole thing.
