2801 Call manager ip phone image

Hi,

I have a Cisco 2801 ISR with CCME and a couple of 7940's (this is my lab).
I am having trouble understandnig what to do with IP phones and the tftp images they download.
I know I have to specify a tftp server under the dhcp option 150, however I just specify the router, is this correct and the phones just pickup a file from the router automatically, or do I have to create a file? As at the moment the phones just hang saying "configuring IP" and "CM List".

Also is there anywhere on the net I can get an idiots guide to configuring CCME on the 2800s?
