Asterisk new install PBXinaFLASH problems cannot call but can register

I am a new user to asterisk ans need to setup a personal IP PBX.
And for this i have installed PBXinaflash latest version few days ago.
P III 700 MHz
256MB Ram
6GB HDD
Clean install (default)

DHCP enabled.

Problems,
I cannot call from one extension to another extension but  i can call conference room that i have created from GUI.
I can call *99
I can register from eyebeam even from the same subnet and also from outer world.

Computer is placed in office room where i believe we have global IPs assighned by DHCP, The remains same if we use the same MAC address.


I can login to my extension from home which is a different an ISP.

I have created two extensions and one trunk, i can see the trunk is logged into asterisk server.

I have attached the CLI output when i call from one extension to another.

Please help me how can I make it working ? It was supposed to work for me.

I dont know If i have to turn of the IPTABLES, I thought no coz i can login and can access the Asterisk GUI from outer worrld by using the same IP.
