The program mentioned in the original post basically gives you a picture of the phone and lets you see the screen and press buttons as if you were sitting in front it.

Remote control Cisco Ip phone 7945/7965
Does anyone know if it's possible to remote control a Cisco IP Phone 7945/7965.
We are using CUCM v7.0
I found this link from another solution but the program is old and doesn't seem to work with our combination of CUCM and phones: http://www.voipintegration
