How to find outgoing call logs in Avaya IP Office system?

Hi we have Avaya IP Office at my work. We use the software manager 6.0 .

I am trying to look into a log to see who keeps calling a certain number but I have no idea where to find an outgoing history log. I typically use the software to assign a new person to an extension. Can anyone assist me with finding out how to access outgoing call logs?

system manager is for configuration purposes. SysMonitor can trace call and create log files ( should be installed with sys manager in C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Monitor\).

Click Ctrl+T (trace option) then untick all unnecessary options ( "call logging" is just enough for tracing calls).
Click Ctrl+L for setting log file.
Click Ctrl+W to start logging to file.

now you can search log files for certain phone number.

You would probably do better setting up delta server.  It's the call data logger that comes with the Avaya IP Office.  If you downloaded the Manager applications or if you are working from the cd go to [DRIVE]:\ADMIN4_2_17\CBC\DeltaServer(5_2_26) anc double click Setup.exe.  Follow the prompts to complete the install.  Now got to SMDR and search for the IP Office, then turn on log to fille using .CSV as the filename extension.  You can then open the file in Excel and sort the data based on any number of criteria.  This is also the software that Call Accounting packages will require to generate reports.
