VOIP Call Centre

My orgnanisation is currently looking to set up a 24 hour call centre in India for technical support.

Initially we will be having between 10 and 50 people at this centre.

The following set up is how we want it:

1) People ring our tech support number in the UK eg 0870....
2) That voice call is then translated in to data packets through a gatway, and sent over internet to India
3) Staff in india answer call using their PC.
4) Staff should also be able to make outbound calls to the UK via their PC's using the VOIP.


What I need to know is:

1) What equipment I need (I dont want to get a turnkey solution) connectors, PC's, type of broaband connection etc.
2) How to set the above scenario up, in detail, what needs to be done, how is is done, how things are configured to make the above setup work.
3) What software is required., how much this will cost etc.

2. VOIP box which converts ur voice in packets . differnt vendors provide differnt  solution for ur specific need contact .

my answer is correct one reason this question is regarding India setting UP VOIP  Call center and all deatils  are  correct just due to author is not responding  dont  delete it  or go for other option.
