Can Anyone recommend a good billing system for prepaid phone services...where a call comes in and is routed to a line that pays for the account...
And will terminate them if their account is below zero...using a max tnt and freeradius and openh323, gnugk?

I don't know of a system that will do this... but this company: http://pecbilling.com/ has a system all made up that will take calls off of VoIP or PRI.. account them.. and then ship them out PRI or VoIP. It will allow pre or post paid calling.
