Is it possible to dial another adapter without SIP server?
Or, I can dial any user of any SIP server using user ID and SIP server IP and port number.

Hi For-Soft,
According to the SIP RFC, you can eastablish a conversation between any two SIP endpoints, as long as their IPs (more accurately, the sockets they are listening on for SIP INVITEs) are accessible to each other. This doesn't require registration with a SIP server - simply dial the IP and the INVITE will be sent directly to the called endpoint.
Obviously, most SIP applications usually have the option to force the caller to go through a SIP proxy (disable IP dialing).
