Skype chatting has delay
I talk using Skype to the other end, he/she can only hear it after few seconds and vice versa. What probably is the cause of delay for Skype chatting and how to improve it?? We both side have broadband.

to cschuett, i don't think it's distance issue because I use Skype to chat with my friend oversea, it has no problem at all, but the case I mentioned in the question actually is just my friend in my country (Malaysia) but different state only.
to leew, perhaps I should ask my friend to give me the spec of his PC?
