Are you using software conferencing resources or hardware (i.e. 6608 Blade)? Usually where I see errors is either in the type of CFB or is a typo in the MAC address, that is used to register the CFB.

Do you have TCP port 2000 open between the conference stations? Could be a firewall od ACL blocking the traffic.
