Might want to check out Iwatsu.
We have installed them for several med size doctors' offices.
(50 - 100 phones)
They all seem quite happy.
We haven't done much with the IP phones yet though.

Our company (a museum) with 200+ staff is looking for a new phone system.
We have an NEC IVS 2000 PBX (11 years old) currently which has been good, but lacks alot of easy admin access that new system have and has reached end of life as far as hardware.
We are looking at a few systems and looking for feedback as to which may be the best for us.
Options are:
*NEC Aspire
*3Com IP system
*Mitel sx200-i
*Nortel BCM 400
*NEC IPS2000
*Shoretel IP system
Any suggestions or advice on the best option?
We have a limited budget which has limited some of our options.
Appreciate any advice and information.
Thanks.

Those are all good brands for the most part. I personally recommend 3Com for your solution. Very competitive pricing in your size range, extremely easy to administer, reliable, feature rich etc. etc.
