How to get Call Detail Records (CDR) from Cisco Callmanager Express

We are looking to deploy a Cisco Callmanager Express system in our office.

We use a simple call accounting package to report our phone usage. It can read any "normal" SMDR type of file.

How do I export the call detail records from the CME system? Can this be setup to occur on an ongoing and regular basis?

Is this application available with Callmanager Express, or just the full version of Callmanager?

CME. sorry, didn't catch the "express" part in the original post. To my knowledge and I haven't played with CME recently so my memory is a bit fuzzy, this is only on the full CM.
There are some third party applications that will do this by tapping into the XML API

StoneVoice comes to mind: http://www.stonevoice.com/Products/Billy/tabid/767/Default.aspx#o
but there are some others. If you wanted to I suppose you could spend the time to write you own
