hi there
cisco call manager has a monitoring tool Real-Time Monitoring. you set a alert for the specific trunk.
you need to intall the plug in.
but i think the problem is with your bandwith . are u using and bandwith contol ?
if yes are you using call manager for admission control or gatekeeper?
